HI THERE,

I’m Dr. Laura

Creating pathways to a more meaningful

and fulfilling life.

As a clinical psychologist, I offer a variety of services, including psychotherapy, psychodiagnostic an psychoeducational assessment, clinical supervision and consultation for caregivers, youth, adults and their families.

As a single mother of a neurodivergent child, I hold a special place in my heart working with caregivers with loved ones who are struggling emotionally and/or behaviourally.

"There is a crack in everything. That's how the light gets in."

Hi, I’m Dr. Laura Doey

I’m a graduate of the University of Ottawa's PhD Clinical Psychology program and a member in good standing of the College of Psychologists of Ontario.

I have over ten years of experience providing psychotherapy, psychodiagnostic and psychoeducational assessments in various clinical and community settings, working with families, adults, youth, and children.

Since 2014, I have worked exclusively in private practice and have cherished the personal and professional growth I’ve experienced as a mother, psychologist, and individual. I have had the absolute privilege of working with each and every one of the courageous individuals who have been vulnerable enough to share their personal stories with me over the years.

Connecting with people is the best part of my job and I feel honoured that my clients trust me to hear their most vulnerable experiences and allow me to walk with them through often the most difficult moments in their life.

My goal is to improve your quality of life by working with you to find a pathway out of your suffering and toward a life that is more meaningful and fulfilling based on your personal values and heartfelt needs.

Laura
