ADHD COACHING & EXECUTIVE FUNCTIONING SUPPORT
Knowing what to do and doing it are two different things.
ADHD and executive functioning difficulties can make it surprisingly hard to turn intentions into action. Planning, getting started, managing time, staying organized, and following through can become daily sources of frustration—even when you know exactly what you should be doing.
Our ADHD coaching and executive functioning support is practical, collaborative, and focused on real life. Together, we build strategies and systems that work with your brain—not against it.
WHEN EVERYDAY TASKS FEEL HARDER THAN THEY SHOULD
It’s not usually about knowing what to do.
You may have the planner, the reminders, the good intentions—and still find yourself putting things off, losing track of time, becoming overwhelmed by where to start, or struggling to follow through consistently.
For people with ADHD and executive functioning difficulties, these challenges often show up in everyday life: managing school or work, keeping track of responsibilities, organizing a household, starting tasks, maintaining routines, or recovering when plans change.
The goal isn’t to become perfectly organized. It’s to understand where things are breaking down and build practical strategies that make everyday life easier to manage.
THIS MIGHT LOOK LIKE…
Getting started
Knowing what needs to be done, but struggling to begin.
Time management
Underestimating how long things will take or losing track of time.
Organization
Creating systems that work briefly—but are difficult to maintain.
Follow-through
Starting with good intentions and struggling to carry tasks through to completion.
Overwhelm
Getting stuck when there are too many steps, competing priorities, or decisions.
Executive functioning support is highly practical. Rather than simply talking about what isn’t working, we identify the specific points where things tend to break down and develop strategies that can be used in everyday life.
Support is individualized to the person, their environment, and the demands they are managing. Depending on your goals, we may work on planning and prioritizing, task initiation, time management, organization, routines, breaking down complex tasks, maintaining motivation, and following through.
The emphasis is on building skills, testing strategies in real life, and adjusting them until we find what actually works for you.
PRACTICAL SUPPORT FOR REAL LIFE
Build skills that work outside the therapy room.
SUPPORT THAT FITS THE WAY YOU WORK
Not every challenge needs a 50-minute session.
Sometimes a traditional weekly session makes sense. Other times, executive functioning support is more useful in shorter, strategically timed check-ins—closer to the moment when you actually need to plan, start, organize, or follow through.
A weekly hour of support can therefore be structured in different ways depending on your needs.
The same weekly allocation of support, structured around what is most useful for you.
This service may be helpful for adolescents and adults who struggle with the practical demands of everyday life—whether or not they have a formal ADHD diagnosis.
Support can be particularly useful for high school and university students managing increasing independence and academic demands, adults balancing work, home, and family responsibilities, and individuals who understand what they need to do but have difficulty consistently putting it into action.

READY TO GET STARTED?
Let’s build something that works in real life.
ADHD coaching and executive functioning support is tailored to the individual—because the strategy that works for one person may be completely ineffective for another.
We’ll start by identifying where things are breaking down, what you’ve already tried, and what you want everyday life to look like. From there, we’ll build practical strategies together and adjust them based on what actually happens between sessions.
