Psychotherapy

Support for where you are—and where you want to go.

Evidence-based psychotherapy for adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, mood concerns, stress, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Our clinicians provide a warm, collaborative space to better understand what’s getting in the way and develop greater insight, effective coping strategies, and meaningful change.

HOW WE CAN HELP

Support that meets you where you are.

People come to therapy for many different reasons. Whether you're seeking support for yourself or guidance in supporting your child or family, we'll work with you to understand what's happening and identify a path forward.

Individual Psychotherapy

For adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, emotional dysregulation, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck.

Parent & Family Support

For parents and families navigating challenging behaviour, emotional regulation difficulties, anxiety, ADHD, parent-child conflict, or uncertainty about how best to support their child.

INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY

A space to understand what’s happening—and move forward.

Therapy can help when thoughts, emotions, relationships, or life circumstances begin to feel difficult to manage on your own. Treatment is collaborative and individualized, drawing from evidence-based approaches based on your needs, goals, and preferences.

We commonly support clients experiencing:

  • Anxiety & excessive worry

  • Depression & low mood

  • Stress & overwhelm

  • Workplace stress & life balance

PARENT & FAMILY SUPPORT

When your child is struggling, knowing how to help isn't always easy.

Big emotions, challenging behaviour, anxiety, or difficulties with regulation can affect the entire family. Parents may find themselves trying everything they can think of—explaining, reassuring, setting limits, offering consequences—while still feeling unsure about what their child actually needs.

Our work with parents focuses on understanding what is driving the behaviour, strengthening the parent-child relationship, and developing practical, evidence-based strategies that support emotional and behavioural regulation at home.

Parent support may be helpful when your child is experiencing:

  • Emotional outbursts or frequent meltdowns

  • Difficulty managing frustration or disappointment

  • Anxiety, worry, or avoidance

  • ADHD and executive functioning difficulties

  • Oppositional or challenging behaviour

  • Parent-child conflict

  • Difficulty with transitions or routines

  • Strong emotions that seem difficult to understand or manage

Our approach:

Rather than focusing solely on changing behaviour, we help parents understand the needs, emotions, and patterns underlying it—and respond in ways that support both connection and regulation.
