Our Team

Thoughtful care. Clinical expertise.

We bring together experienced clinicians with complementary areas of expertise in psychological assessment and therapy. Our approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and grounded in understanding each person within the context of their individual strengths, challenges, and goals.

Dr. Laura Doey

Dr. Laura Doey is a Clinical Psychologist with more than 15 years of clinical experience providing psychological assessment, psychotherapy, and clinical supervision. Her assessment practice focuses on psychoeducational, ADHD, autism, and psychodiagnostic assessment across childhood, adolescence, and adulthood.

Her approach emphasizes thoughtful diagnostic clarification and understanding the whole person—not simply identifying a diagnosis. She works to translate assessment findings into practical, individualized recommendations that help clients and families better understand patterns of strengths and difficulty and determine meaningful next steps.

Laura also has a special interest in working with parents and families of children experiencing emotional and behavioural regulation difficulties. She supports families in better understanding the factors underlying challenging behaviour, strengthening parent-child relationships, and developing evidence-based strategies that support regulation and functioning at home and school.

As Founder and Director, Dr. Laura also provides clinical supervision and consultation, supporting developing clinicians in evidence-based assessment and psychological practice.
